We specialize in all things pie, with a seasonally inspired menu that changes weekly.

We source our fruit from local growers, and bake in season. Throughout the course of the year you will find the classics like apple, peach, and blueberry, as well as sour cherry, strawberry rhubarb, nectarine raspberry, pear cardamom and apple ginger to name a few. 

Available with either our traditional crust top, or our sweet and crunchy crumble topping.



Our Savory Pies are the ultimate comfort food. You will find classics like our Chicken Pot Pie, Shepherd's pie and Steak-Mushroom-Gruyere, as well as more unusual offerings like Jambalaya Pot Pie, Vegetable Tagine, or Red Thai Curry. We proudly source the meat used in our savory pies from local farms, some of which we have been working with for over a decade.

Our cold set graham cracker crust custards

From the delicate flavors of our Chai custard to our bold and spicy Ginger-Honey, we have some real "graham slams" for your enjoyment.

Banana cream, chocolate cheesecake, and lemon sour cream are a few of some of our other favorites. 



Our quiche offerings change weekly, and feature eggs and dairy from our friends just down the road at Baileys Farm in Pocopson.


Seasonal favorites include the Arugula-Butternut Squash- Goat Cheese, the Chorizo-Sweet Corn-Tomato-Cheddar, and the Wild Ramp and Goat Cheese.

Bacon-Caramelized Onion-Gruyere, Spinach and Goat Cheese, Potato-Leek-Gruyere, and Bacon-Broccoli-Cheddar, and Rosemary-Mushroom-Gruyere are some original favorites that frequent the menu. We also offer a weekly "Chef's Choice" quiche straight from the creative minds in the kitchen. 



Our pumpkin pies are made with freshly roasted local fairytale pumpkins, and our pecan pies feature local Whiskey Hollow maple syrup and pecans shipped to us directly from a family farm in Georgia. From the classics to more unusual flavors such as Honey Lavender and Bourbon Butterscotch, the custard pie creations coming out of our kitchen are sure to impress.

We love to showcase the season with our signature buttermilk custard with flavors ranging from blackberry nectarine to roasted apple cinnamon. 

The "Stuffed French Toast" pies take our cinnamon buttermilk custard to the next level with fresh seasonal fruit and hunks of cream cheese suspended throughout.



The perfect handheld lunch, our hand pies feature scrumptious savory fillings enveloped in our flaky pie crust.

Favorites include, Eggplant Caponata

 Italian Roast Pork (with garlicky broccoli rabe and provolone), Buffalo Chicken, Cheesesteak and Mexican Street Corn.
