Custard pies should be refrigerated, along with all quiche.
Apple pies can be stored on the counter with the box cracked open.
Reheat quiche at 350 degrees, loosely covered with foil for 25-35 minutes. Uncover last 5 minutes
Reheat Apple pies at 350 degrees for 15 minutes to refresh the crust. If desired, reheat maple pecan and pumpkin pies at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.

We offer a wide array of SWEET PIES, SAVORY POT PIES, QUICHE, HAND PIES, and COOKIES with a menu that rotates weekly. We are open Wednesday-Saturday, and while we always have pies available to walk-in customers, we encourage pre orders as we often sell out.
Savory pies: 350 degrees loosely covered with foil
Large pies 50-60 mins, Small pies 15-20 mins (until reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F)
Our 9-inch savory pies weigh approximately 4 lbs and take at least 24 hours to thaw. We do not recommend reheating from frozen. Cut frozen pies out of vacuum seal bags before thawing completely in the refrigerator.
Quiche: 350 degrees loosely covered in foil approximately 25-35 mins
Sweet Pies: To refresh crust 10 minutes at 350 degrees. 15-20 mins to warm filling.
